So I just want to know possible causes and maybe ways to prevent/stop the pain. It's sharp/numbing pain on the sides toward the back. I really only feel it when rotating my head. Sometimes wfter working out alot one side will be really stiff for a day or two. I would say my for is ok. Not perfect. Not horrible. I keep my head up on all lifts. Should I keep it in line with my spine as I go through the movement?
